It means "We have lost our exhaust." Really, it means we have lost our muffler...but there is no distinction between muffler and exhaust in Turkish. "I bought a new car!" "What kind?" "A Skoda." "Oh. That's sad." (I may have the declension wrong in the question.. My limited Ukrainian is rusty.)
